Hi, the water in my house has been very cloudy the last couple of days, and was wondering if anyone else had a problem. There was a repair to the mains water pipe one day last week.

I think you should contact your water company, assuming it is Hidraqua see the link provided.

I haven't noticed any cloudiness in the water, but I did smell chlorine when I was filling a bucket this morning. I will keep a closer watch on it. I live in Calle Niagara, the sports centre end.

Put some of the water in a jug and see if it clears after a while. Cloudiness after works on the water supply is usually due to air in it.

If you can smell chlorine, this usually means that there's not enough chlorine in the water.
