Hi everyone

I am in the process of buying a house in playa flamenca but I have noticed the property I am buying is on different estate agents at different prices I have also seen it on place in the sun lower than what I have offered is there anything I can do about this?

Thankyou

YES just withdraw your offer and see what comes of it or RENEGOTIATE the price with them ?????

As long as you have signed anything yet agreeing a price then you can change the offer to the lowest price advertised. Even if you have you may still be able to renegotiate but trickier as you have already committed. However the vendor probably doesn't want to lose the sale.

Thankyou for that information the only thing I have done is paid to hold the property the reservation fee. I have told the estate agents and sent them pics of the other prices they said they get back to me on Monday. I just wanted to know if I could negotiate a lower price. Does the agents make a commission of me the buyer or seller.

Thankyou

The estates agents will be paid their fee on competition of the sale, it is paid out of the proceeds, along with legal fees, before the balance is paid out to the vendor.

I hope you paid the reservation deposit to your own independent solicitor rather than to the estate agent.
