Hi all we have recently purchased a property in Playa Flamenca and are considering building an extra bedroom on our roof terrace approximately 3m x 3m others on our development have done similar and I was just wondering Roughly what the cost may be thanks all
Surely, those that have already carried out the work would be the best people to ask? I'm sure they would be pleased to help.

I realise that but as we’ve not been able to come over to Spain I was just putting the feelers out there

I believe that your first step is to get permission from your community and then you will need to get a major work's licence from the Ayuntamiento. Some builders offer to do this for you but it is your responsibility to ensure this is actually done. Don Aluminio get many recommendations on the forum. [email protected].
