Hi All
I bought my apartment a year ago and am still trying to find various information of owning property in a community.
1. Does anybody know what community Insurance cover for example
Does it cover the building structure i.e if the building catch fire etc.
I have insured building and contents as normal but l don't know what community insurance cover.

If you are on a Community, and recently purchased a Property, You should contact your Community President, He/She will be able to Supply you with Rules and Regulations and the Community insurance as you are paying for this service with COMMUNITY FEES,
If they are unable to help which is unusual but not unheard of, Contact your Administrator office, Some of your neighbours will have these details
If you are not in Spain you can contact your Solicitors for these details via email and ask your Solicitors these questions you have, again you paid for this information
