Hi , I’m looking to let out our property in playa Flamenca, I was wondering if anyone had any idea how much to let it per week , also any info would be grateful

You can't let it out without a tourist license.

Once you have your license, and that will take some time, just check out a dozen similar properties on sites such as Tripadvisor, homeaway and spain-holiday to set your rates.  You cannot legally advertise until you have the license so you have plenty of time to work out that sort of thing.  Take a look through the guides - they are old now but do contain the essentials - and come back to us with any questions.

Try and find properties in similar locations and of similar similar size and facilities.  A property with English TV, wifi and air con cannot be rented out for as much as the same property with, so make allowances for that too.  Then work out an average - if your property is above average then charge slightly more than average!  You can't afford to undersell yourself with the taxes and other expenses.
