My son is with me in playa flamenca when he came he was on his third course of antibiotics I was wondering if someone could tell me where best place to go. He is 42

If your son has private medical insurance go along to the nearest private clinic. Once again, Google 'private medical clinic near me'.
Pharmacies have been banned from issuing antibiotics without a prescription. This has been for quite a few years now but some pharmacies have still been issuing it on request but most have now stopped it. Do you mean he has now run out? In which case you would need to do what John 123456 says.
