My wife and I took out healthcare insurance with DKV in 2018.
My wife was diagnosed with cancer in 2019.
She received chemotherapy, surgery and radiotherapy. She continues to receive regular scans and checkups.
My wife underwent tests and scans at various hospitals/specialist medical facilities. Her oncology/chemotherapy and surgery were provided by the Quiron Hospital in Murcia. Her radiotherapy was provided by GenesisCare in Murcia. We can thoroughly recommend DKV. We had a translator at most appointments (we didn't have to pay extra for this). DKV have an English-speaking option on their contact phone number.
Our premium has increased by the annual rate of inflation. No additional cost increase has been applied as a result of her treatment.
