Hi,
Does anyone know of a good insurance company (preferably in the UK) who will insure my property which is being let long term. I did have insurance previously with a Spanish company and it was very difficult to cancel. The one in the UK I was with for the past year do not insure for long term lets.
Any advice will be helpful.

There are companies available who insure long term let properties and now also offer liability cover towards the tenant, vandalism acts caused by these or loss of rent, e.g. unpaid rent. We can help you with a quote for comparison if you'd like, please feel free to contact if interested.

What about Intasure? Im sure they are British. They are pretty good; used them for 12 years to insure the apt we had in Cyprus. The rent side of it, not sure.

Thanks for your reply. I found out this morning that companies in the UK don't insure long term rentals, just holiday lets. I did look at Intasure and they do have a Spanish phone number as well as a UK one, so maybe they will be able to. I'll look into it further. Thanks again,

For our holiday let we use Scholfields and I believe they also cover long term let's.

Funny enough, that's the company I was with but now I'm renting long term they don't insure for that. But thank you for replying.
