Hello Guys

We brought a detached villa with heated swimming pool in Villamartin near Villamartin Plaza and golf course about 2 years and spend about 8 weeks there every year. We love the quiet area. Unfortunately my wife is now ill so we may have to sell it. The area is about 5 minutes drive to the boulivad and 7 minutes to the beach.

Wayne and I set up properties to go and view online with different estate agents, we had 2 weeks to look whilst we were out there. one evening we were in the villamartin area in the square with all the shops and resturants, then we see an estate agents, we were just browsing the propertys in the window and decided there was a couple we liked. Anyway we looked at a few with this agent and came across the one we purchased. We are so happy with our purchase in Playa Flamenca , not far from the Emerald isle, Abbey Tavern and Pablo's. When we are over there we go to Pablo's on a Sunday evening with some friends/neighbours for soul night. Its great music and a lovely atmosphere! I know this is an old post and you have probably purchased your property by now. Enjoy

We bought in Playa Flamenca in 2014 and go out as often as we can.  We are looking to retire there, hopefully in approx 5 years.  We love the area.

Hi Cindy and Stephen, we hope to buy in the near future in the meantime we come over and rent 3or 4times a year.

We have stayed at villamartin, los dolces and various properties in playa flamenca which we like best.

I've sent my email address to you.  There are different events on during the year and some must visit places (If you have not been already).  It's great to connect with people.  We could start our own community out there :-)

I just bough a holiday apartment in Punta Prima , I used a local estate adgent Sunworld in Los Dolces couldn't be happier with them, told them my budget and what we wanted .

Came over visited a few of the areas and saw a number of properties and eventually found what we wanted within our price range fairly pleasant process
