Hi our names are Dawn and Wayne and we purchased an apartment last year. We are currently using it as a holiday home with the hope that eventually we will stay for long periods of time. On this forum do you have a thread that just has general chat.

Cheers

Hi it seems thus far it's only us Scots that are on this site lol .We are hoping to go out mid Feb for five days as this working lark only interferes with the trips to our apartments.

We have started to compare flights but what we have found out so far is if you fly out from Prestwick the car parking charges are more expensive than at Edinburgh or Glasgow Airport which was a surprise.

Since we live in Kincardine , Edinburgh is the easiest for us, do you know if flights go out to Murcia from Scotland in the winter ?

Regards Barbara  & Joe

Hi

We moved here permanently at the end of October and love it.  We are both in our fifties and enjoy walking, dancing, pub quizzes and meetin people.  If you would like meet up for a drink when you are over here just send a pm.  My name is Jan and my husband is Malc.  Hope you enjoy your time here when you come over and dont leave it too long to get out here permanently!  Its wonderful!

best wishes

Jan and Malc :)

Hi Joe and Barbra

Thanks for your reply, sorry haven't been on the forum for a while. Yes it will be so lovely to spend so much more time over there eventually and like you that can't come soon enough!! I am looking for someone that does airport runs. I'm so glad they have started this forum and hope lots more people join it so we can help each other out. I hope you enjoy your apartment for many years to come.

Hi Glenis welcome

We are Londoners. Villa martin is a lovey area, but there are a lot of hills. We cannot wait to get out there!! We can't get out there until may!!! Love to be out there a lot more. Enjoy your property.

Regards

Dawn & Wayne
