Hoping to have a holiday home completed very shortly in the area. Looking for advice on a few things.

Best tv/ WiFi provider or fibre in Area, flamingo hills area.

Best place to buy balcony table and chairs and solarium table and chairs.

Also sun loungers required.

Electricals- tv (45” or bigger) and coffee maker ( not pod type )

Will have loads of questions no doubt so thanks for any help.

For beds the Bed Shop in La Zenia down from the taxi rank near the N332 roundabout beside the Randy Leprechaun pub, good prices free delivery. For bedding the shop next door to it or Primark at Zenia Boulevard.

Outdoor furniture and loungers, quality at Siesta off the N332 near Cabo Roig roundabout, inexpensive at the Chinese Bazaars.

TV's, coffee makers etc, you mean Conforama also try Milar at Punta Prima.

Thanks for the replies, much appreciated. Looking forward to getting everything completed and getting over there next month. We are using only as holiday home, a dream we’ve always had but never ever thought it would become reality. Thanks again.

Don't know if it applies to Yorkshire Linen in Los Dolses but their shop in Torrevieja ( across the road from the Habaneras Centre ) are having a closing down sale, big reductions on all their bedding etc.

Tv horedada...pay as you use, 120e installation then can be as little as 1euro per day for WiFi (depending on period and season).

Change electric to a lower amperage I.e 3.5kw if an apartment, change tarif to day/night ...night rate is pennies and runs 11pm to 1pm next day! This halved our bill.

Buy a cheapmrunaround car (Spanish) and do t use hire companies.....private message if you need more info

Thanks for the advice. Have read some good some bad around TV Horedadad especially there after sales. We are not planning buying a car as we are only there for short periods each time we are there and always get good deals through Avis preferred eg £96 for 8 days for a medium sized all in when we are there in October. Electric is getting sorted by solicitor at the moment as we are still in conveyancing stage ( hopefully all will go well).

Of course, it’s all personal choices, we haven’t had any probs with tv horadada in 3yrs and had great customer service when needed (maybe twice in 3yrs)

After having two hire cars ‘keyed’ costing 300 and 1200 euros a time and the hire company scrutinising for scratches (dinging another 75 euro for scuffed alloy) I decided enough was enough and bought a runaround. We do short visits (school hols) but a car really works brilliantly for us.

Solicitor will probably sign you up to iberdrola for electric and they tend to put you automatically on high tarif so bear that in mind.

If I can help with anything else just ask

Thanks for that, you may wish you’d never offered. I believe there is a TV horedada in La Zenia so will have a look when we are over next month. It’s a nervous time at the moment waiting for everything to get signed up but just doing a bit of legwork in hope and anticipation.
