Hi everyone!

Well we have sold up and planning to move to playa flamenca area around end of March. I am a little nervous about this as I do not know the area very well. Do plenty of expats live here full time? And looking for nice urbanisations with great pool areas also. Are we picking the right area for full time living?  Need a residential area also. Thank you in advance Tracey

Hi Tracey

There are several possible answers to your questions in link below.

Are you renting somewhere first?
If so that’s great as you will be able to search areas before you buy.

You should love the weather and blue sky.
Give yourself time to find out everything.

Enjoy 😊

Kind regards

Maria

Hi Tracey

We have  been travling to the area for 30 years and have a very varied European community that is really friendly a d sociable.  We have just bought again in the area and looking forward tk enjoying it.  There are plenty of communal poolsots of places to eat a d the Boulevard has loads to do for kids in the summer.  I thoroughly recommend this area.
