Hi,

We stay directly opposite the commercial centre in Playa Flamenca. Everything is in walking distance. Bars and restaurants, 1 min, beach less then 10 mins, shops (Lidl etc.), 5 mins.

Try Jake at Elite Property, they are at the end of the street.... Really nice guy and family. They are specialists for Playa Flamenca.

Hi

We are selling our lovely 2 bed top floor apartment in the development opposite the Commercial Centre in Playa Flamenca.  (Montilla IV). We have had this property since it was built but sadly have decided to sell as we are now unable to visit often. You will find it listed on www.casasmanuel.com if you would like to see it. Good luck in finding your home! It's a lovely part of the world.

Hi

You could try La Zenia. Really busy with transport and lots of restaurants, bars and shopping centre. Theres also a great market on Saturday.

Hi Janet,

I see you're located in Playa Flamenca and I was wondering, are you only interested in that area or would you also like to know about other parts of the Costa Blanca? I've been living and working here for over 20 years and I know the areas from Denia down to Pilar de la Horadada quite well, so if there's any advice I can give you I'd be happy to help. Either post your querie here, or send a message and I'll get back to you...JP

I second this, La zenia is perfect spot with its own hub of bars and restaurants supermarkets etc, easy walking distance to playa flamenca, beaches and Cabo Roig (not to mention the shopping boulevard)
