Hi,
We've just bought a property on the Serena 3 development and can't find the post box anywhere (we are back in the UK at the moment), can anyone from the development give me any idea of where it might be, also we wanted to introduce ourselves to the President but not sure where he/she lives.

The Administrator may be a good place to contact - if you know who is the Administrator!

Sadly Golanrina, we don't know who the administrator is. We asked our Estate agent for info (from the vendor), but that didn't materialise.
I'm sure we can ask around the development, but I am just trying to see if I can find out before we go back.

I have to say that the Estate Agent is not very good if they don’t know who is the Administrator.

In fairness they have been outstanding all through process both sale and after sales..but I take your point..maybe a little more pressure required..

All the above Pete, forgive me for maybe sounding naive - in terms of the administrators, I know for sure our solicitor set Direct debits and checked to ensure no outstanding payments etc...but surely it’s not their job to ask where the post box is (or is it)...we’ve walked all over the development, the vendor even left us the key...but can we find it....no
