studio/ bedsit for rent 1 person long term, short term, working season or weekly. The studio is 5 min walk from Playa Flemenca Commercial Center and has got British TV and You can also use the pool in the complex. Deposit required and cleaning fee of 60 euros.

3 months or longer monthly 250 euro pm plus 60 euro cleaning fee inclusive British TV 10 EURO extra per MONTH IF YOU WANT Internet

1 to 3 month rent will be 300 euro per month plus 60 euro cleaning fee. Extra 10 euro per month if you want internet.

weekly would be 80 euro plus 30 euro cleaning fee.British TV and use of pool. Extra 10 euro if you want internet.

I can't understand why you charge 60 euro to clean this bedsit ? Why so much?

if you are in it long term 3 months or longer then it is a deep clean. Everything is removed from the flat and a company come in and steam clean everything. Believe me we have had tenants for the last 10 years and you would not believe the dirt and mess they leave. We have learnt our lesson so many times.

Think it is a fair price have known it to take 3 days to clean some rental property
