need my air con serviced in the house

not long moved here air only blows cold need it servicing.can you help please.

Are you sure it's s unit that both cools & heats? Is the cold air particularly cold, or at room temp? Does your controller have a button indicating heat on it? Maybe these seem daft questions, but as an experienced air con engineer I have attended numerous jobs where there was no problem with the air - con, the problem was that the operator did not know how to use the equipment properly?!!
