Daughter residencia

Hi everyone, can someone help or advise? I have Residencia, does my daughter require Residencia to live permanently with me in Spain, ( she is 15 months old ), she has a British passport. Also, does my wife have to make the same application as I did, she has a Tanzanian passport and a Schengen visa.
