Padron.

Took advice to go playa flamingo town early as a security officer will come out with passes and tell you to come back 0830. Well Me and my brother got there at 0720 no securiy to be seen.

0800 a few other people turned up by 0830 doors open in we went then the guy gave us a date for our padron 3weeks time.

So it looks as it they have changed the system for getting a new padron

The old system was bad as you could turn up at 8.30, take your numbered ticket and then find the first twenty people had a ticket from the day before, but this sounds an even worse arrangement.
