Our car door been kicked in our neighbours car has had its tyres let down and now all four tyres stabbed.the neighbour admitted his friend had done this. They sell and smoke drugs play music and fight in the property we phoned policia local play music all hours and fight.local and they said go to guardia civil at mil palmeras. We went there and they will not even take a report and will not do anything unless you have photos or videos. What are we supposed to do ?

Hi, unfortunately you can not re-educate badly behaving neighbours and there is not much help, you can get. In our community we have similar (not as bad)  problems. We have a security company, which we can call, if there is disturbance.Did you try to communicate with the community administration? We are used to our permanent neighbours, the bad time comes, when the tourists arrive. We made  mistake buying a bargain. Our friends bought more expensive place and they don't have any problems. I wish you all the best and let's hope the baddies will move away.

Where I lived I got on with all the neighbours in the block except for two drunks next door. She was nasty and spiteful and he violent. After being attacked I went to the health centre for a report and then to the Guardia Civil who made a report and they seemed to leave me alone.

Fortunately I was only renting and have recently moved out of the area. You cannot live next to such people.

I know this is no help to owners and if they own a property, the admin will do nothing (as happened where I lived). If the guardia has let you down, maybe go see a lawyer. Drugs are still illegal in Spain. If they fight loudly, phone the guardia and say you think someone is being killed there. Do it a number of times and if they finally do not turn up and someone is killed, they go to jail.

Peronally I would retaliate; super glue in their locks, etc.
