Hi Folk's

I was in Playa Flamenca last week staying for first time in our home. We had a lovely time but our last day was marred when driving home on the motorway we fell for a guy in a car saying something was wrong with our car.

Cut a long story short my bag was taken it was not an handbag but more like shopper bag with zip and they took small holdall which I smile at this one had my little dogs pooper bags and biscuits in. So just to let anyone know whos driving never stop for anyone especially on busy Roads.

Sorry to hear about your experience, sadly, distraction robberies and thefts by pickpockets of wallets and purses have increased dramatically in the past few months, everyone needs to be vigilant in their cars and in shops and restaurants.

Sorry to say this but you (all) will have to change some habits and start tro mistrust anyone and anything - nothing is what it seems to be. Delinquency will increase as a result of increasing unemployment and poverty. The "good times" are definitely over.

Hi Carol,

I'm sorry to hear of your experience - not uncommon, but under the present circumstances, I guess it's not surprising that it appears to be on the rise.  Thanks for taking the time to tell us, reminders of this type of crime are always useful.  At least you're able to see the funny side of it  :o)

Kind regards,

Kim
