I can't help you with pepper spray which I believe is legal but stun guns are definitely illegal.

yes my dog been attacked 3times and myself last week by the same person and dogs.he is about 28 iam nearly 70 police don't seem to want to know.

Could you get one of those whistles that only dogs can hear, leave your dog at home and when you see this person and their dogs give a few sharp blows on the whistle.

You've been assaulted and the police aren't interested??
Remember, there's a great danger that if you were to buy an illegal stun gun and try to use it, it's highly likely that the person may take it off you and use it on YOU.

Whereabouts is this happening in Playa Flamenca?
How many times have you reported this, as you do say its happened three times?
Does this fella stalk you or is bad luck that you keep meeting him.
I would keep reporting it until some action is taken

yes its in playa flamenca area i reported his dog the 2nd time this happened to the police made statement passed onto the local police did not seen intrested this matter. Since then i have all this trouble all the time. Like it to end thats why i need some self defence product to help me.
