I have not received a bill this year for my local taxes in playable Flamenca.  Who do I contact about getting the bill sent to me here in the UK so that I can pay the bill.

the tax office will not send bills to UK only your Spanish property. You could appoint a lawyer to manage your yearly taxes and if its IBI tax you can set up a direct debit from your Spanish account. Otherwise you need to have someone check your mail and arrange for them to pay it for you. If it is non residents tax you will not receive a bill but must complete relevant form and pay it via your bank. Its best to get legal adviser to do this for you.

Hi Henry,

As you've mentioned local taxes, I assume you're talking about your IBI bill, payable through SUMA?  If so, you can pay it online - go to their website:

https://www.suma.es/

Then select "Taypayer" and under the "More Information" list, select "How to pay".

For your Non-Resident tax return, as Finmar suggested, you could appoint a lawyer, gestor or agent in Spain to do this on your behalf, but a much cheaper option is to use this UK company:

Kind regards,

Kimmy
