Queries about water charges

Hi all.my husband called to Hidragua office in Playa Flamenca he waited outside in the sun with other customers He eventually phoned the number on the door and found there was no English option Eventually he got a person to take email and passport number He was then told they would give him an appointment for Thursday in Orihuela We think we are being overcharged as we get no invoice and we don't have an account number Any advise would be much appreciated

Hello

You obviously need to speak to someone, so if you gat an appt. I suggest you go and go some answers. Only Hidraqua can help in this instance and if no one is able to assist you locally, then perhaps the Orihuela office is your best hope. If you pay by D/D the bank will have details of the payee.

Hi

You could try registering on the website https://www.hidraqua.es/registro using your NIE. You will at least be able to see your bill, and possibly contact them.
