Hi all

We will be arriving to our new house in 2 weeks in the afternoon.  First thing we need to buy is kingsize duvet.  I will be bringing covers as bought here.  Just had a look on Jysk but sizes do not seem the same.  Would love all season one but will happily just pick up something to keep us warm at night.  Does Primark sell duvets. On their website it only shows single size which is odd.  We will probably only arrive at house about 3pm so will be going out to get essentials to boulevard etc on foot as soon as we arrive.  Many thanks Annette

Yes to Primark, also next door in Al Campo, not sure of sizing though.

Also Yorkshire Linen, if still open, at the place on the roundabout where Mercadona and Lidl are, I think they could be UK sizing.

Hi that's great to know. Looked up Yorkshire linen on line. Quite expensive for basic duvets. Yes have to watch the sizes. Have a little notebook in my bag and have sizes etc written down. All the things I need to do when we get there. Get the duvet then down to sunny corner for an aperitif I think before we tackle everything else next day.

Although you have already bought the covers it could be less hassle to leave them at home and buy them to match the duvet in Spain.

I bought a very nice cover in Al Campo and they arn't YL prices.

Hello

While googling both Zara Home & Leroy Merlin seem to have good duvet selections - both are in Zenia Boulevard so easy to call in and have a look.... a Spanish kingsize bed is 150cm x 190cm

Cheers

IKEA is in Murcia, certainly not doable on the day you get here. Your best bet is La Zenia boulevard for convenience.

I don't know if you have the capacity to bring some Teddy Fleece bedding with you, but if you can you won't regret it. If I were you my next purchase would be an electric blanket, we are expecting the temperature to be 3c overnight tonight. Muy frio!

Hi oh I was getting mixed up with jysk. Electric blanket is on the list first day. I am bringing 100 % cotton 500tc sheets so hopefully with that, electric blanket and 13 to 15 tog duvet plus air con heat we should be OK. The daytime blue skies will make up for it. I'll wear my cozy socks n fleece pjs!! Thanks for all your advice.
