Hi. I live in the campo almost 3 elms from Polop village.l needed to buy food and a bale of alfalfa for my geese and chickens from my supplier in La Nucia  ..stopped and told by the Guardia l need to get a permiso from the ayuntamiento in Polop..on Thursday l went to get this ,gave all my details and to return the following day for my permiso   l arrived at 10am and was told it still had not been signed by the alcaldi told to wait...20mins later the clerk had the permiso for me and said there would be a charge..At first l thought he had made a mistake but he repeated 80e .....What....  the cost of 25k sack of pandora the same amount of corn and a bale of hay comes to roughly 25e..no way can l afford to pay 80e for a signature from the alcaldi..this is exploiting the pandemic..In November l  needed a permiso ..licencia de fuego.. the cost..zero..Spoke to my Spanish neighbour ,his reply your an extranero...enough said..

Sorry to hear about that experience, something sadly common use.. The police exceeded in his duties, there is no regulation for what you pretretended. The Law says regarding exemptions "any reasonable and necessary movement"  Next time tell the cops you're off for shopping at Carrefour something not available elsewhere.

Have just spoken to my Spanish neighbour and he has told me that he will go to La Nucia Brico and purchase pellets for me...how kind is that.
