Hi I’m just wondering if anyone can give me advice on what life is like living in polop I’ve been looking at this place more and more just lately and the more I look the more I’m convinced this is the area for me could anyone tell me if it’s to quite or if it’s just the right mix of a tranquil setting but also a place where there is lots going on

We have a holiday home on Polop ubinisation. We love it. It would be quiet if did not have dogs next door. On urbanisation you need a car to go every where, such as Albir, Altea and Benidorm.  But Polop it self is a small town which we rarely go to as like the sea front better and shop at La Nucia and La Marina in Finestrat/Benidorm.

You will need a car. We were looking for buses to take us down to Altea, but it must go round the houses as said it will take 1:45. In car it is a 20 min drive.

We love Polop. Behind where we live is a beautiful mountain.

We live on urbanisation in a two bed house. It has 3 communal pools which are looked after lovely. We bought here 4 years ago for 122 thousand euros and believe it is now worth 160 thous. So happy value is going up.

Alot of new builds going up in polop and surrounding area so market is now moving.
