Hello, don´t make any decisions or fall in love with anything over the internet. I only know the area generally as I live away from the coast but this whole area gets a bit manic in summer, especially August so not sure how much of your own space you will get. The N332 becomes a car park. You have not said if you know the area at all and I can say that what you may see on Wednesday can totally change in the summer when people are out and about until late, bars and clubs will be loud etc and parking will be an issue unless you have your own drive or garage.
Don´t act on pressure from Estate Agents, there are hundreds of properties for sale all the time, some of them taking months if not years to sell. It´s a buyer´s market out here and estate agents get paid handsomely by the seller (much higher prices than in UK) so they will use every trick in the book to get the deposit out of you (which needs to be paid to the abogado, not the agent).
The area where you are looking is very built up and when it rains in Spain there is often flash flooding because there is nowhere for the water to go so do your homework. Look for signs of damp on the lower internal walls or recent repainting.
If you intend staying between October and April you will need heating and if you plan to rent it out you will need a tourist licence.
If you haven´t visited the area before, I would strongly suggest you visit in August before making any decisions because Spanish owners arrive, sometimes for the whole month, adding to the tourists and holiday home owners.
