Hi We are looking at buying a holiday property in the La Mata or Punta Prima or La Zenia or Campoamor areas. On a recent winter visit to La Mata we were disappointed how dead the resort was In the evenings for restaurants and bars in the winter. Is this true of the other areas we are looking at. Any recommendations?

If you buy in a popular holiday spot then yes, you have to expect many local places to be closed for Winter.

Sadly COVID has seen many businesses go to the wall so you expect it to be even deader this coming Winter if not for longer.
