I used to be with Iberdrola but got persuaded to change to Alterna whilst in the phone shop.  I find that the bills are not any less and would like to change back to Iberdrola.  How do I go about this?  Orihuela Costa area.  Thank you for any advice.

One almost new double mattress for sale only €55. I will be there towards end of October. Collection only from dream hills.

The easiest way is to go to one of the shops that have an Iberdrola agency. Put your post code in the following to find the nearest:

https://www.iberdrola.es/en/customer-service#form-mapa

I suggest passport to prove ID, residency and/or escritura to prove the address, and a copy of the Alterna bill. It might help to also take an Iberdrola bill.

Tell them what plan you want and that you don't want added extras like insurance.
