Not sure whether you are buying this property or renting from November... but you will get that info from the estate agent or whoever is selling/renting you the property as you wont have access for another 1-2 months

Hi we bought in Punta Prima 2 years ago and just love it ! When we completed we were given all the details of utility providers and the administrators. All direct debits has been set up ready
We have only managed 2 visits this year as unable to quarantine back here due to work commitments and we're gutted !

Hi Cheryl ,many thanks for the info ,the solictor said he would set up the direct debits ,but did not say anything about the gas ,we where lucky we managed to visit Punta Prima in september and just loved it ,but we had to isolate when we returned ,we hoping to get the keys in November fingers crossed ,we have already booked flights for new years eve ???? hope we can fly ,many thanks and take care ,steve
