Hi all

Does anyone know where I can buy beef. Olives and family size stake and kidney pies with puff pastry

Beef can be bought from any butchers and supermarkets Not sure what cut you want but there are plenty of Spanish and British butchers around.

Olives again are widely stocked in all the supermarkets and all the markets have stalls selling a multitude of varieties.

Steak and kidney pies - if you want puff pastry, you may have to go frozen in the likes of Overseas and other supermarkets with an international section, the likes of Gama etc. Mercadona do a huge pastie type version, but for me personally Spanish puff pastry hasn’t got the same lamination.

Most of the British butchers and bakeries sell individual pies, but usually with shortcrust pastry.

The best pies in the area have to be from The Rolling Pin in Quesada, family sized pies made fresh each day.

Hi

There's a British butcher in Los Dolses, Inthe c.c. on the way from La Zenia to Villamartin, after the AP7 junction (shop is not visible from the road) - but I don't know if they have what you want.

There is also Reeves butchers near Quesada, next to the Xmas shop.

"Tesco" in Quesada stock Harry Ramsden steak pies, it's possible that Iceland do too.
