Are there any local supermarkets open today if so til what time please

According to the Mercadona Website, their store in Playa Flamenca near the Town Hall is open today Good Friday between 9 am and 3 Pm .

Probably your only option will be either a local small convenience store or the shop at one of the petrol stations on the way from the Airport.
