Hello there,

I will be building a small property in Relleu area and know I have to get a camping licence to stay on the land during the build. I also know that the licence is for 6 months. What I do not know and am trying to find out is what sort of camping facility can I put on my land. I want to be as comfortable as possible and suffer from claustrophobia so would want to put a mobile home rather than a caravan. Also, I am not rich and it will probably take me 2 or 3 stages to complete the build, so what happens when the camping licence runs out?

I would prefer and appreciate anyone with actual experience or full knowledge of this area of administration to reply as I have posed this question before to friends in Spain without a definitive answer!

Many thank Everyone

Sharon

Good luck firstly... So brave to build your own home.

As to your question on the license, I believe you can ask for a extension but I'm not sure how long it will give. Contact the town hall in rellue they will be able to advise you on there regulations as ever town has different rules.

Thanks for the Good Luck Michaela.

Have spoken to the town hall but with no answers as yet. Perhaps the local architect I will be using will have more luck or be able to advise me. Going to ring her in a minute.

Curious to know who your architect is? As I may need to use one in the future and trying to build up a list of contacts eg solicitors, gestor, accountants etc. X
