Hello. Does anyone have experience with The Gate and Garage Door Company, Catral? We have placed an order, given a large deposit but are not getting our door delivered and are not able to speak to the owner, Chris.

Hello. Yes, indeed. Been three times today between 1 pm and 3.30 pm but all locked up as it was when we went a week before we went on holiday. We have had WhatsApp messages but all very unsatisfactory. Thanks very much for your response.

A lot of businesses are closed in July and august in Spain. However, they should have informed you of this when the order was placed…

Yes we know but thanks for taking the time to reply. However that is not the case here. Our gate is overdue and we are told it will not be ready till September. Do we believe that or feel stupid then for not having taken action earlier? We have had spasmodic communication with the owner but he doesn't answer his phone so it seems suspicious.

As a business owner Roberta, we have had so many delivery/supply issues in the last three months, we are, unfortunately, constantly putting customers jobs back. That said, we always update everyone at every turn.
Let’s hope he’s just a bit forgetful and will get back to you 🤞
