New ITV System for Valencia Region

Since the beginning of this month, the Valencian government has taken over the running of the ITV stations. The need for a noise emissions test has been scrapped which reduces the cost by around 11 euro. It also means an ITV done in a different region will now be fully valid without having to have a noise emission test if registered in the Valencia region.
