Yes I can. I have been cooking all my life pretty much. I have never had a problem baking cakes I was trained professionally at new England culinary school in the states in the 90's. And since then I have worked in many kitchens and baking was a part of most of them. I am free most of the weekend if you would like me to come and see you for a chat. I live in Dolores so not far at all.
