Sorry, what exactly do you mean? ITunes should already be there. Do you mean that you need to change the ‘region’, ie the geographical area where you are?

It is my understanding that the iTunes app cannot be deleted. It may have migrated to another screen, or even be turned off, General/restrictions/iTunes/off?

It’s ok, I don’t think you understand what I’m asking, it’s difficult to explain. I have the app but I’m locked out from Apple someone else has to access this on their computer and follow instructions from Apple support to enable my account.

Thanq for trying to help me.

You could try this:

To reset your password using the Apple Support app on a friend or family member's iPhone, iPad or iPod touch with iOS 12 or later, the device owner will need to download the Apple Support app.

Ask the device owner to open the App Store on their iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, then search for Apple Support and download the app. Then open the Apple Support app and follow these steps:

  1. Under Topics, tap Passwords & Security.
  2. Tap Reset Apple ID password.
  3. Tap Get Started, then tap "A different Apple ID".
  4. Enter the Apple ID that you need to reset the password for.
  5. Tap Next, then follow the steps on your screen until you receive confirmation that your Apple ID password is changed.

Alex thanq, I have completed all of this, but I still have to do the rest on a computer through iTunes . I have been trying to sort this out for a year now. I have even been to the Apple store in Brighton, they also can only assist you so far before you have to return to Apple support once again. It goes around in circles. But I did go to a independent computer repair who helped me to achieve to where I am at present before I came back. This has to be completed on someone’s computer in iTunes as I don’t have another computer apart from iPad. It has become a stressful task apparently Apple are known to lock you out forever if you cannot confirm you’re purchase, I can therefore I still need someone with a computer who can assist via Apple support to help me.

Why dont you go to a computer repair shop here and pay for their help? There are engineers with knowledge of Apple and that has to be better than trying to find an unknown person online in a forum?
