Hi their

I’m trying to contact the community president in Rojalas 03170. Does any one have the lady’s contact details please?

Rojales 03170 is the postcode for the entire Rojales area encompassing Ciudad Quesada and about 50 other urbanisations at the minimum each with dozens of communities. There is no community called Rojales 03170 and you would need to give the actual name of the community to find the president. For example, the Lo Marabu area of Quesada has about 30 communities all by itself so an impossible question to answer without knowing the exact community.

I live in postcode 03170 and, looking out my window, I can see at least a dozen communities all with different names in my couple of streets alone.

Not really. Looking at the map there could be half a dozen communities off that street plus some properties that are not on a community. Without knowing the name of the Residencia then I don't think anyone can tell you who the president is or, indeed, if there is one.

Do you pay a community fee? That should be a lead?

Thank you for your assistance, and I apologize for not providing the correct information initially. I am new to Spain, having only bought my apartment last year, and I am trying to get everything in order. I wasn't aware of the correct procedures. I live on Calle Valentín Fuster, Rojales, 03170, Alicante, near the KIOSCO-PRENSA LA GOMINOLA shop. Would this location be relevant to the process? Kind regards.

As part of the conveyancing process your abogado ( solicitor) should have undertaken certain checks of the community you are buying into and should have the contact of your administrator. The abogado would have had to arrange for you to pay your community fees and check there were no outstanding debts relating to your property
