Looking to make new friends

Welcome to Rojales.

What interests/hobbies do you have?  As many of us make friends & socialise through clubs etc.

E.g. I run an art group, but there are many other activities/sports/dance groups of course run by English & Spanish.

We are a retired couple  in our 70's but young at heart. We have lived in Quesada for 9 months now and find it difficult to make friends to socialise with. We previousely lived in Cypruus for 14 years where we had a great social life but found it seemed to get hotter every summer and for longer! :-( 

If you would like to meet up with us for a drink somewhere just let us know. We had very dear friends from Texas when we lived in Cyprus. And we have friends living in Switzerland who visit us regularly. However they have not come to Spain yet.

Hi we are a couple in our 60's but very young at heart who want to meet people for meals a weekly quiz maybe, trips out 10 pin bowling, a coffee,  or if you have any interests or hobbies. We can meet first 

Hi, you say you want to make new friends, but as you are a couple, can these friends be single?   Due to several of the people I normally go out,  being quite nervous of mixing with other people and going to cafes, quizzes, etc. I ironically am finding myself at a loss on Christmas Day.  

First time since I've lived here!!    It's no big deal but it would be nice to meet up with some people and perhaps just go for a drink or even a light lunch.  Thankfully, I often like my own company.   

Perhaps you could let me know what you both think.   I am also going to post this on "Finding Friends" as  I am pretty sure I am not the only person in the same boat.

Hi do you mean 4 of us or just us ladies? I always enjoy a chat with another lady or us meeting with another couple. We could meet in benimar or benijofar for a chat and a snack. We could exchange emails rather than do it through here. Regards
