Have any Easy Jet Plus members managed to actually get through Fast Track Security at Alicante Airport.
Even though the boarding pass says Fast Track and Easy Jet staff say, go Fast Track, we still get turned away.
Easy jet are not being helpful sorting this and AENA say we must speak to EasyJet.

Sorry to hear this. We found it was the same at Glasgow Airport on the outward flight. Easyjet staff made no effort to separate out those of us who had paid for fast track, and when we got on the plane we had to put our suitcase halfway down the aisle. It is a ripoff.

You are referring to Speedy boarding I think at the gate. As an Easy Jet Plus member, you are allowed to go to front of queue at security where your hand luggage is xrayed.
However we also have had the same problem at the gate as you had, where we were first in the queue but ended on getting on last as the other queue all pushed by us in mass.
If you look at the Easy jet plus fast track security page you will see use of the fast track security lane for Easy jet plus customers is limited to just 46 airports and does not include either Alicante or Glasgow so you would be denied access.

Unfortunately that list is well out of date and does not include Alicante,which Fast Track re opened late 2021 after being moved to the front of Security.
The easy Jet Boarding Pass, says Fast Track Security printed on it and the check in staff point this out to you to use
Easy Jet say, if it says Fast Track Security on pass you can use it.
It seems that other Easy Jet Plus passengers are being turned away from Fast Track as well from comments I have received after posting this elsewhere, but as a frequent flyer, Easy Jet Plus member and EasyJet flight club member, I am still no nearer finding out whats going wrong and why.
