I recently had to replace my car key for Citroen Xsara picasso. There are a couple of firms that can do that. Pricey though. I found this mobile auto locksmith. He came out to my house. He made a replacement key chipped and programmed and replaced my bent Main key. He charged me 65€ total. He is also getting a remote fob for me. His phone number is . Really helpfull. Try him I saved over 100€ contacting him.
