Declaring House in UK to Spanish Government

Hello, we have bought a house in Quesada and intend to move this April ,however we still have our house in the UK which will eventually be rented out to provide additional income ,tax will have to be paid in the UK,does declaring this asset to the Spanish government mean we will be liable for tax on that income from the Spanish as well .?
