You should use the lawyers A&G Lawyers at Quesada. We have been using them and my parents before us and they are so efficient. The lady we use is Hannah. Their number is

These solicitors (See links below) have been well recommended on our Quesada forum and all speak English plus have good webites.

I personally would only use a Lawyer/Solicitor who has a good website and is good at communication. Before we instructed a solicitor I emailed a few to see how quick and efficient they were at answering and whether they gave me suitable information and a decent quote. If they do not communicate well by email then in my opiniion they may not be the best to use.

The ones below are also not far from you. By all means mention where you heard about them.

Hi Trace... good move to use independent Lawyer. In fact, we have discovered this ourselves, as we have told to use same lawerys as the sellers and realised after my 2 and half years of research, to use our owns Spanish/English lawyers, saved us of FEW hidden massive problems....so, if you still need a comparaison our lawyers are in Benifar. We are moving hopefully near Alcoy in 2 months time. Good luck.
