Insulin

Hi my husband and I are moving to Spain next year. My husband is diabetic type 1 so requires insulin which he will have to buy. Can anyone advise on this and what the cost maybe.
I believe only pens are available in Spain.
Some years ago the price for a 5 pack was in excess of €70 and undoubtedly won't have gone down!
