talking of typical Spanish food, I´ve just had the best Kepap, to die for....(so hot picante enough to burn Iceland down). We´re off out (tomorrow) for an Italian pasta dish, before they run out of covid-19 carbonara, to discuss our next med. cruise.

I've never understood why food has to be so spicy hot, I like to taste the food rather than the spice.

Then the macho bragging about how hot it was.

Not necessarily! My house generally comes to a grinding halt if we run out of chillies or garlic, both essential in most kinds of Asian cookery, as well as many Spanish and Italian dishes.

Don´t pussy about Ray with the soft stuff:

Spanish Naga Chili,  855,000 and 2.4M  Scoville heat unit scale.

I think I´ll just stick with the gentle guindilla for me.
