Can anyone recommend: Someone to supply and replace a battery in a Bosch Athlet cordless vacuum cleaner.
The vac is probably 4 or 5 years old. Works well with good suction but has suddenly stopped recharging. Presume a new battery is needed.

Thanks. Yes, rang Bosch.es. They can supply a new battery for €150 but still needs fitting. Seems expensive. May as well put it towards a new vac.

Hi Roberta, welcome to the new world of throw away all our expensive gizmos when they stop working after two years. It helps keep the company directors in champagne and us drinking plonk.

Hello Teaeff. Well, thanks, but I already know that hence I am looking for someone who can effect a repair (so I can keep enjoying the odd glass of bubbly too).
