I too would like to obtain, one of these, but like some other subscribers, I cannot use the website quoted by Kimmy11. After several attempts using my IPad (I no longer have a laptop) I also get the message: “This site is not private, etc etc, “ and advising me to close down. Anybody got an alternative method?
I like yourself would like to know how to obtain the proof of vaccination.

Seems each vaccination location has something different, my husband who had his Vaccinations at Cabo Roig Medical Centre was given a bit of paper with details of a website I assume he will be able to print off a certificate, I did try the website on my tablet it needs a SIP number and either the date the card was issued or DOB cant remember which sorry, but it does definitely work 🤗.
When I had my first vaccination at the Municipal Centre in Torrevieja on Tuesday I was given a credit card size card with the type of vaccine I had and the date, which I then take to my 2nd Vaccination.

This is what the certificate looks like we got my husbands printed and laminated at our local IT shop. If you decide to get yours done like that, ensure you take the note with the website address and your phone as a code will be sent to your phone to enable the correct details to be printed.
