Needing advice re application for extending my residencia for years 2-3.

I have been quoted £300 plus £170 for translation services but I've also read somewhere that one can apply by filling out a form(s) and that bank statements are no longer required?

Is this correct or should I just proceed with the particular agency and accept the rather high cost?

That's an extremely high cost. I'm sure there are loads of other cheaper ones around if you aren't able to do it yourself.

Not sure about bank statements not longer required as you have to prove you have sufficient funds to keep you over the next two years plus health cover.

Who are your using now? Solicitors are renowned for charging a lot more than any one else but there are firms around like a gestor or One Way services or the Expat Centre among others.

Hi Marcliff

The agent is Rightmove and their fee is 300E plus translation of bank statements at 170E. I thought this high although similar costs to the first time around. And presumably will be similar for year 5!

A costly business getting residency.

Hi,

that is way too much money.

Contact Barbara Cobos 657 323109

We were quoted €260 each for husband and I.

You are being ripped off to put it mildly!

Good luck.
