Hello can anyone help, I brought a house 18years ago and all the details was changed by the bank, like electric but for some reason my bank stopped paying my electricity by direct debit so.... Then we realise the details for the electric is still under the old owner so cannot pay our bill and have now been cut off!!! Any ideas what to do and how to do it

Have you got an old bill? If so, that will have the contract and supply point numbers which would enable Iberdrola to identify the account.

If you haven't got a bill, do you have online banking? If so, and you find the entry for when a bill was last paid, clicking on that should give you more details, one of which is the contract number.

You could then use any of the various means mentioned in my guide to contact them:

Thankyou very much, do you know why I would have 2 addresses on my bill?

Sorry, don't know. Only thing I can think is that one is the address for the electricity supply, and one the address of the owner - as would happen for someone renting out properties, or even just having a second property.
