I've personally stuck with Iberdrola - it's just a matter of doing a periodic check of what they have on offer and then switching contracts.

The market is swamped with resellers, but I've yet to come across one that publishes their prices. With most you'd probably end up sending them copies of existing bills and they'd undercut them a bit to entice you to switch. And you'd have to take into consideration what flexibility the supplier has in increasing their prices. Several friends have switched over the years, but when I've worked out their bills using the rates I was paying, all but one were paying more than I was, and the other was only a couple of euros cheaper than myself.

There's an official price comparison website:

Comparison website

It's easy to use but it doesn't show the price for high and low units, so it should just be used as a guide to which companies you should consider.

Try scanning the qr code on your electric bill, you can compare with other companies thru that. I did it a couple of months ago and only found 1 company cheaper by the princely sum of €2 so didn't bother.

We changed from Iberdrola to Octopus energy last year and are bills are cheaper without having to have the night plan or 8 hour plan. (We have the Octopus Relax tariff)  https://octopusenergy.es/en
